ripping pain in stomach?

hi ladies, wondering if you can help..
i was at the warehouse over the weekend and our daughter wanted something down from the top shelf... i reached up two or three times and then felt a massive ripping pain across my stomach. (i know im not supposed to be reaching...!)

i rested that evening but ever since ive had sharp pains every so often,
ive got no bleeding or cramping of any type... do you think i need to call my midwife? perhaps ive just pulled a muscle?

Best to ring your MW on this one...I was once told that you can tear your placenta away from reaching up above your head...Hoping its nothing like that, but would be best to get yourself checked out.
