A year later, I can see good results, so I'm not going to stop there. The supplements I take are useful and give results, so I don't see the point in taking steroids that have a lot of side effects. Most important to focus on for athletes are calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, the B vitamins, and vitamin D, as well as some antioxidants such as vitamins C and E, beta-carotene, selenium and peptide PT 141.
