Qu about Pumpkin Patch online

I had a big order with them and it came in three parts...they only chaged me $5 for the whole thing. and it took from 3 days to 10 days.

The next order I sent off they sent me one item and not the other and the two go together....And they said it is out of stock so I wont get it. I rang them and said I dont want this item if I cant have the second..."ok we will refund you the money" ...so why do you process the order if you are out of stock? "oh I am sorry mam". Fine!!

I go to the site a couple of weeks later and they have the second item showing as available...I call the 0800 number and they say "yap its available" I was soooo mad!! She applogized and send the items minus the courier charge in two day!!
