Ok so here I am really excited about trying for baby number 3 but sort nervous at the same time. I feel like I'm the only one, I mean the first one is scary enough not knowing what to expect then in my case it didn't go so well but by the time we were having number 2 I was sure it wouldn't be that bad again but it was worse so this time probably won't go so well. Please tell me I'm not the only one that feels a little nervous... or terrified?!

That's such a relief to know. AF is the worst thing ever! I've got mine and I've been getting cramps so bad that they have beed keeping me awake at night, but walking really helps, maybe it will help for you if it's not just the nerves!

Hi Helen. It's definitely normal to be nervous! I've had three babies, fortunately for me their births have got better each time but that's not to say any of them were easy or stress-free. Somehow you manage to live beyond the one (or two ) day(s) and it's so neat to have another baby around. We've just decided to start TTC #4 - call us crazy if you will

I'm not so worried about the birth, although I'm not sure I want it completely natual this time round, I had a seperated pelvis at 36weeks which was so painful and I had to wear a belt just to keep it together! And I was in the latent faze of labour for a week and only dialated 1cm! then when I was giving birth the cord got wraped around her neck which really freaked me out. I think though part of the problem was having an inexperienced midwife who just took the "wait and see approach" instead of hurrying my labour along.
I don't think your crazy for trying for #4, if everything goes smoothly this time round then we will be doing exactly the same thing. But you must be superwoman to have them so close together!

Busymum ... CRAZY!
Helen - all the best! I think TTC is scary no matter how many children you have had ... becoming a parent to one or more children is such a huge and important undertaking, and if you've had a bad experience then it's understandable to be frightened.
I hope it all goes well!

Helen, all of my girls have had the cord around their neck. I seem to make long cords LOL! (just as well!)
