Hi there
Can anyone confirm that is it/isn't ok to put a wheat bag on your lower belly during pregnancy? I'm thinking not because I think I've read somewhere that the baby has no way of cooling itself down?? I've been getting a few niggles/slight aches and a wheat bag would feel so nice esp on these cold winter nights  -------------

I think it is fine as people use them in labour. ------------- I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived! |

sally my obstetrician reccomended i use a wheat bag when i had baaaaad ligament pains. He said anything warm would make me feel better, warm bath, warm bed, and a warm wheaty bag.
