Gwen, your girls are absolutely gorgeous, *almost* makes me clucky for tiny babies again! And the sisterly love just gets better and better, my two love poking and prodding and scratching and pulling each other's hair

| How do parents of twins make sure they don't 'switch' them in early life? That would be my worst fear! Do you put them in different nappies, or use different coloured socks or something? Although I guess they would have their little traits, it would be a bit freaky.. |

They tagged mine pretty much as I pushed them out, and then I put engraved bracelets on them at 1 day old which they still wear, more as a safety thing so if either of them has to have medication/medical procedures they can check which one is which coz now I can tell them apart (I couldn't for about the first 6 weeks  ). I was also worried about mixing them up, but Sienna was always a few grams smaller, and I remember thinking that if all else failed they could do an ultrasound and the baby with the dilated kidney is Sienna ------------- Maya Grace (28/02/03)
