I don't know if its just because I am neglecting myself somewhat because I can no longer reach 1/2 these places, but for the last week, my skin has been stinging, like a wicked shaving rash, all over my legs, and ankles, and last night it moved to my tummy and arms. I can sort of see close enough to know that there is no rash anywhere, and I can see that my skin is very dry, but it ain't shaving rash, because I havn't been able to reach that far to shave in over 3 weeks (Gross I know )
Should I be concerned? Should I just make hubby rub me down......... and cross y fingers he won't wanna turn it into "you know what"
All and any advise appreciated.
TIA
Anna

If your skin is really dry, I'd start off with a moisturising bath or some natural oil (almond is the best, otherwise olive?)... if it keeps stinging, I'd mention it to the mw, it sounds like one of those random pg things but hopefully it will lessen for you soon.

Is it worse when you are hot ie after bath? I just had a random itchy thing which sounds like what you are describing and my mw put it down to hormones Try really cold aloe vera gel to help.
Do your hands and feet itch? Your midwife will ask about the itchy hands as this is a sign of something more serious that I cannot remember the name of I think it is choletiasis.

I found my skin was really tight and sore, so much so that it hurt just to put moisturiser on it coz it meant rubbing it. But the moisturiser did help, I used body butter.

No itching hands and feet, just a horrid burning stinging sensation. Tried moisteriser last night, just about had me in tears.
Glad to know its not just me Emma. Maybe a twin thing?
