Can anyone recommend some kind of relaxation CD. Not music or sounds, but someone actually talking and saying "take a deep breath in, and out, etc". The instructor at our antenatal class read from a book on Tuesday for 5mins and it was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep. I'm looking for a CD, as hubby and I would like to do it together - and we would both be laughing if he was trying to read in a soooooothing voice! I'm almost 29 weeks, and just feel like I'm getting to the point where I need to really relax. I've been sick and just feel generally uncomfortable. Thanks!
