can these start as early as 18 weeks?

Could be round ligament pain - if you moved funny or quickly you can get round ligament pain stabbing through down the bottom of the belly, then it goes. -------------

I started getting them around 18 weeks. But they shouldn't be painful. Yep they can start that early. If they do, you'll have them on and off for the rest of the pg. I found them quite cool actually!  -------------  |

| I think I got them around then..It felt like my whole tummy tightened up and then it would just relax away. I got that heaps areound 18-24 weeks and then not that often but i am sure the stronger ones will start kicking in for me soon. |

I was wondering that. Cause my friend was saying she got the same thing and she was really worried. She called her mid wife and she just said it was probably just the braxton hicks too so yeah..
I havnt even felt them yet at all. I thought i did, but that was a while ago and it was only for a few seconds so i wasnt sure.  ------------- Melanie. Mum to Briahna Robyn, 3yrs |
