It's the stretching pains you get around your abdomen area when pregnant. It's very common. Have got M/W advice, Just wondering about other peoples experience.

Cheers

I have had really bad ligament stretching already

My m/w was busy when I tried to get hold of her to ask what on earth was happening to me! So I jumped in a hot shower and it worked a treat! I had to do something I was beside myself with the pain!

Other than that m/w did recommend later that day a hot shower or to take a rest (and to not go for a massive walk like I did thinking it was wind)!! What a dork, it just made it worse!

Yea i found a wheat bag or hottie worked well, you can have panadol for the pain my mw told me but i kinda skipped that, remember u cant have really hot baths as anything that puts your body temp up raises babys as well. but yea i found warm baths helped as well, hope this helps :)
