ok so i know that i should be stearing clear of all this kind of stuff considering that Astin already wants to make an early appearance on his on accord and apart from *cuddles* im not going to do the rest unless he decides to make me suffer for the next few weeks!!

So heres the question anyway! - Do you take the raspberry leaf tablets as well as the raspberry leaf tea or is that overkill!???

All it does is ready your uterus not make him hurry up sorry. As your uterus is already contracting I would say stay clear of both.

I had the tea and it was yummy.

I got told the capsules/tablets are more effective than the tea...not sure about whether you can take both but vaguely recall being told it was one or the other?
Sorry, not very helpful but hopefully someone else has a bit more clarity!
Agreed, the tea was nice.

The tablets are said to be more effective than the tea because the strength of each lot of tea you brew can vary. I found the tea easier to ingest though, because I don't like swallowing tablets very much - added a teaspoonful of honey and it was lovely.

I had the tea (and thought it was BLEUGH - until I added honey numnumnum ) but yes, it only helps the uterus tone, it doesn't induce

I kind of figured that it was safe to take the tablets as they say on the back to take them through 2nd and 3rd trimester????

The only thing i can think of that will get him out if he mucks around is *special cuddles* and lots of walking

Well I am taking the tablets, doing plenty of walking (hopping counts when it is the length of Sylvia Park and back) and have had special cuddles - and NOTHING!!!! No niggles, no BH, last week at MW she wasn't even engaged! So I think that nothing works and she will just come when she decides, which I can't say I approve of at all!

I'm taking the tablets and I think all it does is 'condition' your cervix ... some very funny pictures just popped into my head when i reread this!!!

New worlds have it at a reasonable price. Otherwise health stores have it and it is expensive. I couldn't get to a new world (and my local one didnt have it as it is too small) so I bought the tablets as they were $13 for 2 weeks supply.
