Put DD down for her nap earlier today with a t-shirt and nappy on (it was quite warm this afternoon, her room gets lots of sun). Heard her wake up half an hour later after hanging up some washing and went in to find the nappy down one end of the cot, bare-bummed DD down the other and a big mess (wees and poos! yuck!  ) in between. To her credit, the nappy was pristine - she didn't get anything on it. Just the sheets, her blankets, herself...and she was smiling like she was the smartest baby ever. Had to laugh! No more velcro for us without a good pair of pants over the top!

I'm kind of glad for the cooler weather meaning the gremlins are wearing dome under singlets, so no nappy access for them. They are masters of undoing the safety sleeps so I shudder to think what they'll be like with their aplix naps by the time next summer comes. -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)
