Sorry about your m/c
Umm from memory I bleed a little after things like sex, also vigorous exercise etc... I had a D&C, not sure if that makes any difference and it took about a month for my period to come back but its normal to take a bit longer. My friend who also had a m/c took 4 months for things to get back to normal.
if your worried though then go to your doctor and they will be able to reassure you.

Hi Tasha we recently had a "coping after miscarriage" topic where I put my m/c story but in brief, my next period came after 5 weeks, it was very crampy (Panadol stage for the first time in my life) and I bled for 2 full weeks! I checked it with the Doctor and he told me I was having a "clean-out" and it was a good sign. Your body can also have a break just like after childbirth (a few months to a year I guess, obviously breastfeeding won't draw it out like it tends to after childbirth).
I think you're fine and your body is still recovering. The reassurance of a Doc's visit is always nice And I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss, especially at 16 weeks

Sorry to hear about your loss Tasha
The no AF isn't too much of a worry, as with late m/c it can take even longer than first tri m/c to get AF back as your hormone levels are much higher and they need to get back to <5 before your normal cycle can resume.
I would definitely mention the random bleeding to your doc tho, that sounds a little bit unusual so will give you peace of mind getting it checked out if nothing else.
