Hi there, i have a quick question. I am currently TTC and am 5DPO. I am getting mild cramps in my abdomen every so often, i have had this for a couple of days now. I am also every now and then getting a tingle in my nipples only but i don't have sore breasts. Can anyone relate to this at all, has anyone felt any symptoms this early on (5DPO)? Any help would be appreciated. Am not sure whether it is something i should be going to the doctor about or it is just a very early pregnancy sign.
Thanks

Hard to say coz there are so many variables in the 2WW. After TTC for a year i to started obsessing about EVERYTHING in the 2ww and it did nothing to help the situation apart from stress me out. I would say continue what you are doing and if ur pregnant ur pregnant and will find out very soon.
Good luck

I dont think i would be to worried yet. I had a friend who felt pregnant straight away and i had the tingly boobs rather than sore both times i was pregnant. Good luck, hope you get the result you want.

Hi Sars
I'm with Jess - it's very easy to get caught up in looking for symptoms and it can really let you down. I have the symptoms you are experiencing every month pretty much from around 4-6 DPO until my period arrives...not to mention running to the loo every 5 minutes to pee in the last few days of my 2WW. I know how immensely easy it is to get your hopes up, but Jess is quite right - for your own sake, try not to stress ... If you're pregnant, you'll know soon enough, and ditto with the best of luck!
Mind you, in saying that, this month I am dancing a jig because I haven't had a sausage! Apart from feeling a bit odd and off colour yesterday, not a cramp or sore/sensitive/tingly boob in sight! It's utter bliss.

Oh, and I might just add that I never had all my symptoms until *after* I'd stopped taking the pill ...which made it even more stressy for a few (OK, more than a few ) cycles while I learned what my body was like when not controlled by artificial hormones.

The symptoms for the first couple of weeks are not too different from PMS symptoms, so.... basically it's inconclusive but certainly not anything to worry about.

thanks everyone for my replies. i am now 11DPO and i don't really seem to have any symptoms at all, other than a little cramping but not much. I guess it may not be my month but you never know.
I will do a test on 14DPO so wish me luck!!
Thanks again for your help!

i wish you the best of luck, it's still so surreal i can't believe it's all happening! I definitely didn't think it would happen first try.
I'm sure you will have just as much luck for your turn as well!
Have been feeling different for a couple of weeks now, nothing really noticeable but was getting quite alot of cramps, that was the main thing, oh and really tired as well but only in the avo/evening.
