Hi all, I'm just looking for some reassurement. I am 4wks pregnant with my second. I have had 2 miscarriages and my first was born by c-section. I am having a lot of cramping today, not extreme just like period cramps. No signs of bleeding. I am petrified as this is the exact day I had my last miscarriage. That time I started bleeding before cramping. Reading on line it seems like more cramping early on can be normal especially post c-section.
