~AF… Aunt Flo (ie: period)
~AFM... As For Me
~BBT … Basal Body Temperature
~BD … Baby Dancing
~BFP … Big Fat Positive
~BFN … Big Fat Negative

Good list! I can think of SMU (second morning urine), and IVM (in vitro maturation) to go with IVF. Also, some lucky ladies don't know PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome).

3dt: 3-day transfer (meaning a transfer of a 3-day old embryo)
5dt: 5-day transfer (meaning a transfer of a 5-day old embryo/blastocyst)
[#]dp5dt: [eg 2] days past 5 day transfer (or 3 day transfer if 3dt)
