Had lap surgery to look for endo, was sure there would be some, or a lot based on symptoms and pain.
Nut there was none, not even one little piece.

Instead all my insides had adhesions connecting them to where they shouldn't be attached to.
They were all 'snipped' but the ahesions still shouldn't create all the pain I have

But now I'm still none the wiser as to if I can conceive or not, or if my monthly will still be torture.

And to top it off I need a further surgery to fix my "urethrocele" - my urethra is prolapsed into (and out the bottom of) my vagina, so have to decide if do that pre TTC or after having a baby. It is most likely going to prevent a vaginal birth in its current state unless I wish to have it crushed and end up with a suprapubic catheter for the rest of my life. BUT planning pregnany knowing it will end in a c-section does not bother me

I only want one child but its a matter of fix it all now, and have pregnancy & carrying the baby potentially undo the repair, or wait and have a baby with a C-Section & get it repaired then and that be the only repair needed.

Sorry just venting, my partner doesn't understand.
He thought I'd be pleased there's no endometriosis; but now its confirmed there's none, its left me wondering what the heck makes it so painfull then, and now what am I meant to do

Oh and to top it off I have PCOS which also impacts on fertility for some
