Hi everyone I just thought I'd write this for others to consider. When I was trying for over a year and a half I found that my zinc levels were low as a lot of woman's are and we don't even know. so I began taking zinc , one month later I was pregnant . So just a thought for some having trouble conceiving . It could be worth a shot.

I'm taking Zinc for other health issues, it's great for your hair and nails!
