Any tips for funny lutel phases?

The last couple of months I've had spotting around 10dpo then no af until 15dpo.  I've already got 2 babies and conceived them with a lutel phase of around 10 days (the 2nd it seemed impossible to get preggi as DH was away around O-day & on my first cycle but still it happened).  This time it seems to be taking forever, my lutel phase is jumping around between 10-15 days  Unhappy  It's been 8 months so far and I'm not really sure if I should be seeing a GP about it yet.

I've got a B6 complex on the way and have some vitex here but I'm a bit wary of taking it, I don't want to break my cycle too much!

Your luteal phase length sounds normal to me. The norm is between 10 and 16, with 14 days being the average.

People generally take B6 and vitex to lengthen their LP, if say it was under 10 days.

Cycles do change over the years, usually becoming longer in your 30's (sorry I have no idea if this applies to your age!).

I wouldn't be worried about it, but it doesn't hurt to ask your GP

Thanks for the reply Nellennium :)  It was probably more the spotting but no af straight away which I'm more worried about.  I'm nearly 30, my cycle hasn't really changed in length from when I came off the pill before conceiving #1 so I guess I'm lucky.
