My 2yr old (who has grommets) had an ear infection a week ago. He was on a 6 day course of amoxicillin which finished Friday. Just noticed to day that his ear (where the original goo was seen coming out) is STINKY. Hmmm... is that odd? Should I take him back to the Dr or am I just being a hypochondriac? I'd personally take him back to be checked out. I haven't had a great deal of experience with ear infections (when my kids have had them they tend to clear up quickly). Maybe it's just the gunk making it's way out?? ------------- DS 8 DD 6 DS 4 DD 2 |
