Unfortunately I am most likely going to have my wisdom teeth out before Xmas, well that is what my dentist recommends.

Baby No. 2 is due next week (hopefully sooner!) and intend to fully BF like I did with No 1...

Has anyone gone through this?? Does the anesthetic effect breastmilk?

Any info would be great. I haven't seen an oral surgeon yet.... Was going to see one back in January but found out I was pregnant and cancelled!!

Dunno, but a friend who's breastfeeding is having her wisdom teeth out soon & she's feeding so it must be ok?

I think I'm that friend that A and C's mum was talking about. :)
Had 2 of my wisdom teeth out on Thursday, I am BF my 2 daughters and the anesthetic  they give you is fine for Bf mums. It does pass into the breastmilk but in very small quantities. My 2 are not newborns, although DD2 is a similar age to your youngest sbeach and she has been fine with it, no side affects at all.

I guess it can be harmful for the baby; so it's better to consult doctor.
