Random I know, but it seems that my multivitamin is making my breast milk yellow. As in fluoro yellow. And it's a specific pregnancy and breastfeeding multi (Blackmores), it's so bizarre! It only affects the first time I express after I take the multis in the morning, so then I have 2 bright yellow bottles and the rest are normal lol.

Anyone else experienced this or am I a total freak?

hhhm i do know that sometimes breastmilk can be very bright yellowy when it is high in nutrients and nice creamy fatty hind milk.. is it possibly coincidence that you take the vitamin in the morning before you express for the first time and you get a good amount of the hind milk at that time? otherwise maybe you get such a good boost from the vitamins that it causes your milk to be that way. I do know what you eat has some bearing, but making it change colour sounds weird.. there has to be some explanation.. ar eyou sure youa ren't an alien..? lol
