Hi all,
I had been hoping to not need to put my DD into care until she was over 3, but my circumstances have changed (family member who has been taking care of her 2 days a week is not well)
So now I need to look at childcare options.

I would only be looking at having her in care for 1 (2 days MAX) per week from about 8-5pm.

Any suggestions of good places in ether West Auckland (where I live) or around Ponsonby (where I work?)

Thanks heaps - I have done a search on OB, but I would be really keen for some more recent recommendations.

Cheers,

n00b

I can highly recommend Talented Tots in Glen Eden. They have 3 centres, 1 in Mt Albert & 2 in Glen Eden. My DD goes to West Coast Rd centre.

In West Auckland I'd be looking:
Glen Eden
Titiangi
Te Atatu south
Henderson

Currently I'm looking at Kidd Inn, ABC Grey Lynn & EduKid in Ponsonby.
I'll check out Farm Friends and Talented Tots - thanks heaps for the suggestions.
Any other recommendations or places to stay away from I'd be very keen to hear.

Thanks,

n00b

I can recommend Bear Park in Henderson. We've moved away now but my son went there between 1 and 2 years old. Loved it.
