Hi there
My 7 month old has a soy and dairy allergy, he gets eczema. He has just started on Neocate formula but I am finding it really hard to figure out what to feed him,, he is just eating, pumpkin, kumara, carrots , courgettes and parsnips at the moment, and sometimes pear and banana, but he is not to keen on fruit. Is there anyone else on here that has a child with both of these allergies and do you have any tips on what I can feed him, so hard when I can't feed him yogurt or custard, even bread has dairy and soy in it :-/ I also tried him on wheat for the first time this morning and he reacted so I think that's out too

Freedom bread is both dairy & soy free. Kea Cookies are as well, well the vanilla ones are.
Rice crackers, rice cakes, potato, porridge for breakfast or a G/F one.
ALthough not sure if some of this is suitable for a 7 month old.
If you bake just switch butter for oil & normal flour for the flours by Organ & you'll get good results.
I use Oatmilk in baking but you could use rice milk, my boy was also intolerant of chickpeas which ruled out the rice milk for us.
Oh a mini pancake. 1 egg, 3 TB flour, 2 tb milk substitute.

Quite a few cereals are dairy and soy free: special k, mini wheats, rice bubbles, corn flakes.
Commonsence organics have organ biscuits which are dairy, soy, egg and wheat free. They have good dietary fibre in them.
You can make custard using neocate formula and custard powder.
Smoothies using fruit, ice and water like mango and canned pineapple (homebrand pineapple in juice has nothing but pineapple and pinapple juice in it). If you want you could put neocate powder in it.
Highmark plain crispy noodles
Homebrand plain, sesame or lime and chilli rice crackers
Abes Bagels
Abes Bagel Chips, plain, salted, roasted garlic and the salt and vinegar ones
Dried Fruit (just buy the packaged ones - not bulk bins and check the label)
Corn Thins - plain
Rice Wafers - plain
de Brood Bakers par cooked baguettes from the supermarket
A lot of Pandoro breads are ok
I have a breadmaker bread recipe that is soy and dairy free if you like. I make it, cut it and freeze it and use it for toast. Olivite and Olivani spreads are dairy free but both have soy from emulsifier in them but my daughter has been ok with them (and she is very allergic to soy).
Hope that helps.

Thanks guys for the ideas! He is very picky, just tried to make custard out of the neocate this morning and he wouldn't eat it, all I can give him is veges to eat!
Will try some of the biscuits etc, but not sure if a 7 month old can have rice crackers or cornthins?

Corn thins are great because as they suck them they melt away.
Healtheries make a blue pack of potato sticks that are very soft that melt when they are sucked which are good. They are with the chippies in the supermarket.

i'm dairy free but can have soy (but dont always have any in the house)
I tend to search vegan recipe's to find dairy free ones and use them if I want to bake.
I this Foccacia Bread
(Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves)
Bread
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 Tbsp. unrefined dry sweetener (such as Rapadura) - I use Raw Sugar
3 Tbsp. organic oil such as sunflower - I use Grapeseed as its what we have
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
4 1/2 cups whole wheat (or spelt) pastry flour, sifted
Topping
4–5 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup chives (or onion), chopped
1/4 cup garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh rosemary
2 tomatoes, sliced or diced
To make dough with a bread maker, do so according to your machine’s directions. The water should go in first and the yeast last to keep it dry. Begin here at step 3.
1. Dissolve yeast with sweetener in warm water (not hot) and let sit for at least 15 minutes in a warm place until yeast bubbles and is doubled in size.
2. Combine yeast mixture with oil and salt. Slowly add the flour until the dough no longer sticks to your fingers but is still elastic and not dry. On a floured board, knead for 10 more minutes. Let dough rise for one hour in a draft-free, warm place (covered with a towel).
3. Punch down dough and coat with 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
4. Roll out flat onto one 40cm x 50cm oiled baking sheet or make two smaller loaves.
5. Cover dough with remaining olive oil and sprinkle on the toppings.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 175° for 30–35 minutes.
