Hi, I am looking for some feedback on those new type plastic moulded solid tyres that never go flat. My concern is that would these tyres cause more vibrations in the stroller as they are solid, especially to the baby's head?? I am concerned about their shock absorption ability while walking on roads or gravel/concrete walkways. On the other hand, I guess the rubber air tyres would absorb the vibrations more effectively because of the hollow nature. Can someone please give me some guidelines. Thank you.

are these the sort those chicco strollers have? If so, my friend has one and takes it most places I take my valco or p&t explorer, so pretty tough as I go offroad a lot! It seems fine on gravel and concrete...but I could be completely barking up the wrong tree here with the wheel type!
