Totally normal for a fully bf baby to go even 10 days without a poo. DS did a very sudden change like that, turns out was totally normal- he actually went 17 days twice when he was an exclusively bf baby- but thats ages,...I rang plunket line, had him to dr and plunket and he was fine! Just absorbing eveything from the awesome breastmilk! It wasnt theink it would be either- everything is being absorbed from the milk into their system to help them grow- its bnot sitiing in their gut building up and building up causing constipation like it would be for us if we didnt poo!

Yup, totally normal.
Both of mine went a good 12+ days a few time - both exclusively BF, too.
If she's showing signs of discomfort you can do a few things to help her along.
Dissolve a little brown sugar in coooled boiled water and spoon feed it to her.
Cycle her legs a few times, gently pushing her knees up to her chin one at a time for a few repetitions.
But if she's happy and is still giving you lots of wet nappies then all is well
(Just watch for when she does go though - you'll need lots of wipes )

i remember my cousin only went once a week - tues mornings and is still that way in his early 20's. if they are in pain or discomfort i would worry and see the gp.
