I got some in a bulk lot. It's made from cotton fleece. I'm thinking it's a booster but it's open for ease of drying maybe? Or maybe the slit is to stuff more stuff inside? It's too small to use as a flat or prefold, but folded in half it's about booster size. Any ideas? Made the image a link since having it in the post didn't work...
