Hi all,
Just wondering if you used anything natural during your labour to help things along.. I have a couple of friends recently who have used different things and really think they helped so thought I would put it out there to everyone to share their experiences/thoughts and the like. Both friends had natural births that went relatively quickly (was their second so that could help the speed). Am definitely keen to give these a go!
Look forward to hearing from you all!

I used something called Birth aid I think it was, hard to know if it helped but had a straight forward and relatively fast first delivery.

I used accupressure techniques - did some myself and taught DH others to use on me,...and have passed on the info to others who have also found it very helpful.

I used water in our bath to see if it helped labour along, certainly ramped up things for me. Also made sure that I was fully dehydrated in the days leading up to labour.

I didn't use anything during either of my births, but lots in the lead up - raspberry leaf, EPO, a homeopathic one that I can't remember the name of (birth prep or something maybe?), and pregnancy tea. Both were reasonably quick (8 hours/1 hour) and natural water births.
