Has anyone sought fertility treatment for number 2 while still BF? DD is still BF 4 x a day and I don't want to wean her just for TTC purposes. She was conceived via IUI.
We've been "not trying not preventing" for 8 months but I don't even know if I'm ovulating, I have a much longer cycle than I ever did before so no idea what's happening.
I'm keen to see if Fertility Associates can assist us again with IUI but unsure whether you can take clomid and gonal F while BF, has anyone been to FA while still BF?

I don't have any experience with this but I'm pretty sure you can't do anything like that while BF particularly if you need to take medication as it could pass to the baby through your breast milk.
ETA: We took a while to conceive DS and I didn't want to wean him just to TTC the next one and was hoping to be able to do both but I needed to wean completely at just over 1yr to get my cycles back. Perhaps you could start charting to see what your body is doing? Funnily enough I wasn't ovulating much when trying to conceive DS but now I seem to!

Hey Jaune that is awesome that you are pregnant, congrats, I remember chatting at some point about TTC while BF somewhere with you. Yay for a BFP.
I figure that I won't be able to take fertility drugs while BF but just wondering for sure what others have done.

Thanks frankie! Very excited and amazed...was expecting it to take ages! Hopefully someone who has been in your position can give you some specific info.
Good luck!
