Has anyone done it? I have the Mad Millie's Italian cheese kit (ricotta, mozzarella and marscapone) but am wondering about getting the soft cheese kit that does feta, halloumi, cream cheese etc.

I'm just keen to know whether anyone has tried it?

Hi, I have made my own fresh cheese, by the slabs Feta mainly, as one of the easiest cheese to make.

I have seen these kits, how ever we were taught by professional cheese maker. "Katherine Mobary", she was from South Africa , she does courses all over NZ. she's a professional at it, and keeps it simple, she made several cheeses all in one day lesson.

Making say Feta very easy. Halloumi so yummy, its made so you can gently fry it to.

Go find her books worth reading.... Once you can make you own cheese, greta money saver.
