You really have to wonder about those poor kids futures with parents who would even consider naming their kids those names!!!
I do know someone who gave their son Royal as a middle name, but they were able to prove it was a family name so could keep it. But he has a very normal first name!

Awful names, if they can't name their children properly, what sort of parents would they be????

Almost worse are the names that SHOULD be rejected but aren't. In my line of work I unfortunately have come across many kids who will suffer from their stupid parents' choices for years until they can legally change their names.
eg
A boy named Stoney Cocaine
A boy named Littleman Warlord
A family with three girls who were all named after herbs, which was fine for Sage and Rosemary, but I always felt sorry for Cumin (especiallly as her parents pronounced it "cummin" rather that "kyoomin")
A boy named Burn (I just thought it sounded evil).
A boy named Wayne Kingi (thank god for the second I in Kingi, but still)
And my personal favourite, a little girl named Alkaidah (pronouced Al Qaeda). When asked what she was thinking, Mum said "I don't know what it means, I just heard it on the radio and thought it sounded pretty".

I cannot get over the names people try to call their children. We have an unusual surname so it's important for us to name our wee one something that everyone knows how to spell and pronounce but isn't too common.
As a celebrant I see a lot of people who ask me if they really ahve to used their full names in the ceremony as they are embarrased by their names (and most of them are 'normal' sounding names) so these odd ones being rejected, I fully support!
