Ok so I'm in desperate need of some pampering but there is no money in the pot so I can't run off to someone else for a manicure etc. I'm sure there are others in a similar position so do you have any great ideas for pampering that either costs nothing or almost nothing?

Idea no 1 from me: home made sugar body scrub / shaving lotion. Just mix up white sugar and an oil (baby oil, rice bran etc) in a container. Use as a scrub in the shower. The oil left on the skin is great for shaving with.

Anyone else got any ideas I can use?
