So my partner and I have decided we are going to finally try for a baby at the beggining of next year!
Can anyone give me any tips for conception and pregnancy. Im so excited and Ive looked up on lots of things I need to do but just not sure what is the right way

Go seeyour gp, get your rubella status checked and get a script for folic acid as u need this three months prior to conception.
You can also try charting your temperature to pin point ovulation. Etc -------------    CHEM 6/12+ |
