Don't stress, I had 3wks to go before I got it all together, out of boxes and put up or washed etc. It does play on you a bit but you are only human and it happens when it happens. Its great that you actually have the baby stuff, thats a huge step. Just get yourself sorted, PG can be hard on us, mind and body, then everything else will fall into place, and don't be afraid to ask for help. People love to feel needed.
I remember when things were eventually sorted in the nursery I felt a lot calmer and ready for action, lol.

Don't stress. I didn't have my daughters room set up until about 3 days before she came. Mostly thanks to the cot arriving 4 weeks late and moving a few weeks before my due date! I just couldn't face it up until that point, and figured at worst she would be in a bassinette in our room for a while anyway.
I did feel much better once it was all sorted out though - it seemed like a monsterous task, but I think it only took about day in reality

I have baby due in 3 weeks. Things that I wanted done that aren't are DD is still in the cot, The carseat's tether bolt still isn't installed (hopefully DP will do that today), my bags aren't packed - I've managed to get them onto the spare bed and put some things in them, we still don't have names...
That's all I can think of so far! I wouldn't worry all baby needs is some clothes, food and a place to sleep. You still have 10 weeks to go which is plenty of time, especially when nesting kicks in.

My daughter arrived 3 weeks early and the only thing we had set up was her cot. I went and got the capsule while I was in labour with her. I had managed to pack a hospital bag. Got DH to bring stuff into me the next day.

With DD, her bassinet was set up when DH got home from the hospital the day she had been born,, same with her car seat. And I finished packing my hospital bags when my contractions were 4 mins apart and I was about to leave for hospital haha.
There is plenty of time yet, try not to stress about it. Perhaps write a list of what needs to be done and that in itself should make you feel more organised. Hopefully you get the nesting will kick in soon

10 weeks is still plenty of time to get the basics organised :-)
I think writing a list of the things you can thing of will help...just chip away at a few things every now and then.
...also, if this is baby number one, it's hard to know exactly what you will need to organise without having done it before! So, don't put too much pressure on yourself to "know what you don't know" (if that makes sense). Remember, once baby arrives, you aren't living in the jungle...you will be able to get what you need even once the baby is here.
ETA: remember to write "rest" on your to do list - that is as good as anything while you are growing this baby!
