DS has been quite sick the last few days and been feeding a lot, right when Im due to ovulate.
I know that when babies are young and feeding day and night the lactation hormones inhibit the hormones needed to ovulate, but Ive had my period back for 9 months now so it must not be affecting it anymore.
But yesterday I was wondering if the sudden increase in feeding will affect ovulation this month, or does it not work like that?
I did use opk and got a positive 2 days before he started feeding heaps, but didnt take temp so dont know if I definatly ovulated or not.
Anyone know more about this and can shed some light for me please?

Increased feeding can delay ovulation. The only way to know for sure is charting or blood test to confirm that you did ovulate.

Chances are that you did OV, if you got the positive 2 days before the increased feeding.
