Have you got a fussy eater at home? If you do, how do you get them to eat healthily? Share your tips on how to "hide" veges in their meals!

my five year old has only just started eating better for along time it was a fight to get him to eat anything healthy but we did try a few things that would work sometimes. Omlettes were good for hiding veges and he loves eggs so was really good. also pasta we would add lots of veges and the sauce would disguise the flavour and texture of the veges too
