Emu oil from Silberhorn works wonders, you could take the emu oil capsules. They recommend something crazy like 6 a day but I would start with 2 and see how you go. 2 was enough to cure my excema and it didn't return (except for during pregnany).

Getting regular sun exposure, no hot showers/baths (sigh), I think avoiding acidic foods like tomatoes and citrus (but you might want to check that one), umm, that's all I can think of. No creams (even the prescribed ones that stank) really did much for me. When it was bad getting regular serious sun exposure (just short of a burn) worked the best but I have really fair skin and a family history of melanoma so it was a really tricky one to get right.
