Hi there,
A friends 4.5month old baby has been taking the bottle ok for the last 1.5months but has just started pushing the teat out with her tongue / playing with it and half refusing the bottle now (she is mixed fed).
Can anyone confirm if it is the Tommee Tippee closer to nature bottles that have the firmer teat that may be less easy to play with?
THANKS HEAPS!!

My DD refused the bottle for ages, and was told to use a narrow neck bottle because she also kept pushing the teat out of her mouth. And it worked, she took at narrow neck Dr. browns bottle because it had a stiff teat.
I found that she could easily push the teat of the tommee tippee bottles out of her mouth because there was a lot of movement in the base of the teat.
Now the only bottle she will take is a MAM one with this flat teat which is really good
Good luck

I had the opposite - DS started playing with the medela bottles and when switched to TT closer to nature was great. DD has been on them and never played with the teat.
