I was out in the snow earlier MissAngel chucking more hay etc at my guineas and rabbits! lol. Then just decided they were better off in the garage so they don't get wet. But one of the hutches is too big to move so it stayed put, but he is a strange rabbit and is running round like a lunatic in the snow anyway lol.
Snow starting to come down thick and fast now and is settling finally. FREEZING cold inside tho and the heat pump keeps having to shut off to defrost brrrrrr -------------

Heres some pics from at my place a couple of hours ago.. theres HEAPS more now!
My guineas/bunny are in the hutch outside with a tarp/polystyrene and an old duvet over the top to keep them warm :D

so annoyed lol we went to dunedin and oamaru last week hoping for snow got back on thursday and it snowed sunday. the weather had i not been hoping for snow was beautiful and sunny the whole time we were there, but i was hoping for snow lol so not so beautiful to me. on friday when we got there snow was still on the mountains but was all gone the next day. ------------- Mummy to 4 boys Samuel - 18.6.05 Rory - 15.7.06 Mason - 13.06.08 Emmett - 24.01.10 Baby #5 - cooking |
