Hi ladies,

I have been co-sleeping with my little girl (9 months old). The last week or so shes been very difficult due to wind issues (she seems to have grown into them not out!). I have been very exhusted and think its getting too dangerous to co-sleep.
My question is how did you get your baby sleeping on their own? Would it be best to have her in our room still, in her own cot?

We had our cot with the side off (and strapped to our bed) for co-sleeping for quite some time. Similar to in this guide. http://www.freewebs.com/sidecarcrib/ - Sidecar cot Maybe start there and see if she'd be happy in her own space?
We've gotten to the point where she starts the night in her own cot, the side is back on her cot, it's up against the bed and when mine wakes she gets pulled into bed with me until morning. Soon I hope to push the cot away and come Spring I'm hoping to have her in her own room. Maybe.
