Ok so I know most women get a bit of an increase in weight around AF time......normally about 1kg.....so my question is....WhY?
I had a feeling it might be water retention cos I had the 1kg increase and then about 2days after AF finished I seemed to be going to the toilet and doing lots when I had barely drunk anything for the day yet and like that for a couple of days.......I am yet to weigh myself to see if that has made a difference in the scales......im too scared to find out it hasnt....lol.....so thought i would put it out to everyone else first |

I thought it was water retention as well, have you googled?

Cool Thanks......I wouldnt normally notice but have been going super hard to lose weight and shouldve affectively lost another kg this week but the scales werent been too nice and then the toilet thing made me think that maybe that was why......and it would appear so......altho the real truth will be tomorrow when I stand on them again.....
