So apart from pass the parcel, whats some DIY games you've done at your 3 year olds birthday parties?

What about a toy/lolly hunt? You could "hide" them in the garden for littlies to find?

It has to be pretty easy and quick for this age group i find. They do not have the best attention spans and don't really like to take turns (or miss out).

Could have outdoor games like races, or throw horseshoes onto a bullseye, obstacle course etc. Dancing contest, statues maybe but prob half of them won't get the idea to stop.

We do pass the parcel, treasure hunt and a version of pin the tail but to match the theme of the party.

Hey they seem to love ring 'o rosies. Lots of giggles when they fall down.

what about simple old red light green light, not really a "party" game but they love it.

Is it terrible that one night we entertained a group of kids from DD being the youngest at 18mths - 4 with a lazer pointer running round the yard trying to catch it?

Musical chairs or any game which creates loosers are usually a no go! Even my 5 year old stuggles at the concept of being out. I learnt very quickly that statues/musical chairs etc were not going to end well with a group of 5 year olds.

Games like pin (or blue tack) the tail, pass the parcel, or treasure hunts are good. But then really they get just as much fun out of freely dancing and running around in circles :P

What new hobbies have you developed during your maternity leave? I was always very good in poker. So sometimes, when everyone else is asleep, I allow myself to delve into this exciting atmosphere. I usually go to the RichPrize site, https://richprize.com/" rel="nofollow - https://richprize.com/ . You do not need to invest big sums. But I have already got my first winnings.

Have you forgotten what a party with friends is? To be honest, I'm starting to forget about it. My only social circle is my family. This isn't always enough for a lot of fun. However, I can always relax by gambling - https://frankie-cardgame-news.squarespace.com/blog/new-card-games-by-microgaming-in-cooperation-with-switch-studios" rel="nofollow - https://frankie-cardgame-news.squarespace.com/blog/new-card-games-by-microgaming-in-cooperation-with-switch-studios Online sites give me enough opportunities not to get bored during quarantine. Sometimes I even earn extra money for various little things) It's nice)
