Hi all just wondering for those of you that have a double kit, do you have the one with the zip recline feature? Do you find it handy or do you hardly use it? At what age did you 2nd child go into it?
I have bought a 2nd hand e3v2 and need to get a double kit for it. I can get the sports model that has the zip recline for $129 or the e3 model that doesn't recline but comes with a free cocoon for the same price.
Decisions, decisions!

I found the zip recline really good, my oldest is 3 and a bit and can't walk all the way to kindy so she jumps in the front and my DD2 who is 6 months goes in the back, its been great to be able to recline that back seat a bit as she is not comfy with it totally up right... My second went in there around 4 1/2 - 5 months...
You'll probably find that if you don't get the recline option you'll have to keep your baby in the newborn position for longer and (if anything like mine) she/he will not be happy!!

we have the zip recline and use it all the time - she is now 8 months and we still use it - moved her in to it at around 3 months as she got grumpy in the newborn part

We also have the zip recline double kit & use the recline feature all the time. We also had a cocoon which we borrowed from a friend, it was handy for the first month or two but glad didn't buy it ourselves as he grew out of it pretty quick. Personally i'd get the recline option & maybe if you like the idea of a cocoon look for a cheap second hand one.

I agree with all of the above comments, the recline is really useful, you can put the little one in the lower seat much earlier one as they get grumpy in the newborn bit. The cocoon is handy but they grow out of it quick!

Okay so it sounds like the Sports model it is! DS was 9lb 6oz so if this bub is anything like that I guess they won't fit the cocoon for long anyway!
Now does anyone have one they want to sell?
