Oh honey, it's all so hard sometimes isn't it? I don't know when you had the blood test but unfortunately they are the most accurate test. I can't think of any way you'd be pregnant with HCG of 0. I know that's not what you want to hear though.

For some women it takes a little while to return to normal after a m/c and it sound like you were a bit irregular before anyway. But can you ask your Dr about it or get them to refer you to someone with a bit more experience with fertility issues?

Hugs... it's so hard, isn't it? I second going to a Dr to check out what's going on. I didn't have a miscarriage, but my periods started off as fairly regular, and gradually got longer and longer apart - it turned out I had polycystic ovary syndrome. That doesn't - of course - mean it's even likely that you have too, but a Dr will be able to check where things are and rule everything like that out.

Back again - I saw from your other post that your current Dr hasn't been that helpful. My only advice - get a new one! They should do your basic bloods, and refer you to Fertility Associates (or the equivilent where you live). If you want - you can just self-refer to Fertility Associates, I did that, and wish I'd done it earlier in the journey.

Hi confused, it is possible to have PCOS without actually having cysts on your ovaries, and they can come and go.
I too would doubt you are PG unfortunately however definitely think you should be pushing to find answers as to what is going on.
It is a tough time following a MC, especially when you just want to be able to get that baby you dreamt of

Argh, that sucks!

For me a two month cycle is not unusual (start of last year I was averaging about 50 days, and had one 70 day cycle, with PCOS). So I wouldn't freak out - it is most likely just from the m/c. Stress can be a major contributor to cycle irregularity, and by the sounds of it you're pretty stressed. That might be all it is holding up your AF. [I'm sorry but I really don't think you're UTD, the blood tests sound pretty conclusive.]

The best advice has already been given - get a new doctor! You would be amazed how much of a difference finding the right doctor can make. Also, a doc can give you Provera to bring on your AF, which may get things moving again.

Good luck!

I second what astral_monkey said above. And if you want to feel like you are back in control of your cycles you could always start charting. At least that will give you some indication of what's going on.
