I have never really taken much notice of CM so I am a bit naive about it all.
I am on CD20. Normally I am a 28day cycle but last cycle was 24days. Fertility Friend suggested that I would ov on CD12 but it may have been CD14 assuming I will get a 28day cycle this time. I haven't been able to chart properly due to major sleep issues with my boys.

Anyway I am straying from the point. At this stage in my cycle what should my CM be like? I checked this afternoon and it was as I would describe creamy. Is this normal? Trying not to hope to much for a BFP, don't want to be disappointed, but find I am analysing everything!

TIA

Not sure what is "normal", if its any different for others, but I usually get creamy CM after ovulation (unless I get a second lot of EWCM, which seems to happen sometimes!). Pretty much the same every time though, its not a sign of pregnancy.

i also get this creamy cm after ov, i got all excited as i read this is a sign of pregnancy but that has happened the last 2 cycles for me and lots of others on here also said this so i would say this is one of the norms!
Good luck though hopefully is is a sign for you!

EWCM is prime CM for the sperm to travel in. I get small amounts of EWCM but not always around Ov. I didnt have any this cycle or the cycle I fell pg with Jackson over Ov time but I did a few days before.

After Ov I usually go between sticky and creamy CM.

Yep, creamy is a post-ov thing.

With DD, I had heaps of creamy CM in the two-week-wait, and that lasted for most of the first trimester and was a pg thing for me, but it was waaaay more CM than normal

With #2, I didn't have anything of the sort so it obviously isn't always the case. You'll know in a week or so

I hope TTC is short for you, and that this one is a sleeper!!
