So, I have a heap of these left from pregnancy, and want to use them before they expire, so what exactly are the benefits when you're not pregnant?

And are they safe to take in early pregnancy?

Excellent for helping reduce period cramps!! And even the flow sometimes. You just have to take them every day to get the best benefits.
Oh and your hair and nails might be the most amazing EVER!!

And no, they are not safe to take in early pregnancy - because of the reason you take them at the end......to encourage your body to have the baby!
