DD has decided to go on a nursing strike, she had a mega sleep day yesterday, and is just starting to properly crawl. Others that have had this, how did you get them to sleep during the day? DD had her morning feed at 7am and had a sleep at 9.30. she is tired now, well overtired and hypo, but i cant get her to sleep Its quite hot, but her room is nice and cool and dark. i have started expressing off milk to keep my supply up. any suggestions on getting her to sleep?

Sorry not many ideas... but didn't want to read and run when theres been 36 veiws!

Before we were in the good routine we have now if they were both overtired and I was getting desparate I would go out walking to get them to sleep...

Hope the nursing strike doesn't go on for too long.
