I posted this in the weightloss section but think there are loads more ladies than just those who are trying to lose weight that can help...

I find "DJ Got Us Falling In Love Again" (think that's the title?) from Usher gets me moving!

i love vulgar booty-shaking 'club' type songs lol. and the pop type club/dance songs.
