Hi all,
Thought this as better place as any to put it out there, if anyone knows of someone, or is wanting to sell their own house privately, we're looking for a 3 bed + stand alone in the Hutt Valley, pref Upper Hutt but we're happy to look at anything. Looking between mid - high $200's. Had about enough of real estate agents who really can't decide what bullocks they want to tell us next! Cheers :) |

my sister and brother in law have a rental down there that they have just gone down to do up.... I think they were possibly thinking of selling it after that and I 'think' it is somewhere around the hutt.
I dont have the vaughest idea though about money etc down there, it's a 3-4 (?) bedroom plus self contained unit., so it may be worth more than your looking for but would have extra income...... Ive seen a few around Upper Hutt too. All say they are on TM. So perhaps just search private sale and see what comes up.
