im goin 2 get strait 2 the point sorry if its nt the rite terminology

does anyone no if some1 gets ivf done a few times and they get 2 the point where the sperm and egg fertislise and then get it implanted bt then do test and shes not pregnant
does that have 2 do with the egg or her uterus

i want 2 no if she had a donor egg would it affect the outcome or does she need someone 2 do the whole surrgoacy process?
